What knowledge and experience we expect from our candidate:

- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
- Upper Intermediate or higher English level;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills;
- Team player, active and goal-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible person.
- Knowledge of IT outsourcing service development;
- Ability to understand technical formulations;
- Understanding of software development services and industries.


- Managing existing accounts, partners, solving business and technical issues in collaboration with team;
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
- Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders;
* Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
- Working closely with the production team and analyzing current development work in order to improve it;
- Preparing reports on account status;
- Resolving complaints and preventing potential issues;
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews;
- Developing quotes and proposals (for existing customers);
- Taking care of client’s satisfaction;
- Invoicing and tracking of timely payment;
- Engage in consistent, proactive customer calls and meetings to positively impact customer loyalty and revenue growth.
