Senior Python Developer

Our Client is one of the largest in UK groceries and general merchandise retailer is in the middle of transformation to technology Company in retail.

Responsibilities:
- Heavy involvement in design, early prototyping and transformation of them into consumer features
- Development of new services from scratch
- Architecture of new end-to-end features for seamless and modern customer and employee journey
- Performance optimisation of high load systems
- Usage of best practices for clean and maintainable code
- Participation in peer-to-peer reviews
- Usage of innovative and latest trends and frameworks
- Active role in self managed Agile environment
Mandatory Skills Description:
Ideal candidate is the one who has at least 8+ years of experience in enterprise grade software development where he/she must have used his skills like:

1. PYTHON (mid to advance level)
2. NLP (Good to have NLP/NLU experience)
3. Minimum understanding of Machine Learning concept is good to have
4. Database like SQL and No-SQL is a must for sure between basic to intermediate level (PostgreDB and MongoDB are plus).
5. Software engineering standard practices are a must as he has to work in enterprise level application development.
6. Development of chatbot experience is nice to have for sure.
7. Experience with microfrontend
8. Unit, Integration and Acceptance testing of developed code
9. Understanding of GoF patterns, SOLID principles
10. Proven spoken English
11. RASA framework
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in TDD and BDD
- Cucumber framework
- Experience with Azure Cloud on basic level
Languages:
English: B2 Upper Intermediate
