Atlassian expert for Vodafone Germany

German system integrator is looking for a Jira expert for the Vodafone Chatbot — TOBi, an AI-based chatbot. Flexible working schedule, fully remote, strong international team, salary in EUR. Project duration — 3 months.

COMPANY:
mVise is a german IT holding. At this moment they are taking part in delivering Vodafone Chatbot TOBi.
The chatbot, which is powered by artificial intelligence, has been introduced to improve customer queries and response time.
TOBi is designed to provide 24-hour assistance to customers on products, services and enquiries. The aim of the chatbot is to reduce call volumes to the experience centre. TOBi has been trained to perform basic customer care functions with a vision to improve its abilities with time.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Not just someone who uses Jira, but can actually set up and strategically adjust the architecture of the projects there.
— Complete Jira boards/portfolio/plans.
— Add fields, query, create/merge new board.
— and happy to evaluate cycle time reports and assist with strategic planning (He always pulls reports on how long it took, for example, to process a ticket and if that took, say, 3 weeks to shorten that exact cycle to get through the project faster overall because that was the ticket that was holding everything up).
— screw on Jira boards, create (JQL) queries, create connections to Confluence and who knows a bit about “Advanced Roadmaps”
