Requirements:
1.5+ years of experience in IT sales (of which at least 1
year as an account manager)
Experience in IT outsourcing and outstaffing
Good problem-solving skills
Account experience on long-term projects
Have strong communication skills and ability to negotiate
Customer-oriented mindset and attitude
Ability to work independently
Resilience and readiness for challenges
Multitasking
Upper Intermediate + English

Will be a plus:
Experience in blockchain field

Responsibilities:
Regular communication with clients of existing accounts
Identify problems on the project in advance and
contribute to problem solving
Discussion and signing of an additional scope of work
(upsale)
Regular communication with the PM and the team
Promote mutual understanding and effective
collaboration between the client and the development
team.
Regular collection of feedback from each client account
Preparation of commercial offers for upsales +
negotiation
Development of relations with the client (account) after
the closing of the primary contract
Generate reports (weekly/monthly) to provide visibility
into company accounts.
