Customer Service Representative from $500

We are a fast-growing company looking for Call Center Agents that will be the liaison between our company and its potential customers to make live transfers.

Virtual Assistant NEEDED
FULL TIME REMOTE ONLY. CALL CENTER. WORLDWIDE
The company with 13+ years in the insurance market in Canada and the US.
$500 basic salary plus up to $1000 bonus/month

8-hour shifts 5d/week in EST. 10-6pm EST mostly.
Process inbound and outbound traffic to qualify leads and make live transfers.


Requirements:
- good speaking English (close to English North America)
- objection handling abilities and persuasive skills - easy with small talks
- stress resistant
- being quick
- profound work ethics
- willingness to learn and grow


Min Tech Requirements:
CPU: AMD/i5 or higher with min 8gb RAM
Win 10


Onboarding Process:
- audition
- interview
- hardware checkup
- training sessions 2h/day during 1 week
- onboarding
