Let’s be honest. Who doesn’t dream of joining a startup when all the fun is just beginning? Everyone is dreaming. Don`t miss the opportunity and help us grow!
About the project and what you will do:
— Lemon.io is a marketplace of vetted engineers. We match talented developers with startups in the US, Canada, Europe, and the rest of the world.
— In our first year, we did $2.73m GMV, and now we are on track to $20m in 2022.
— To achieve that, we are developing internal tools that help to source, vet, onboard, and match talent with relevant projects.
— Your main task will be to measure, control and increase demand side satisfaction. Basically, making sure our product delivers and exceeds customers’ expectations.
— You will directly influence the growth of the company. We don’t micromanage and trust our team to make bold assumptions.
— You’ll work alongside another Product Manager who is focused on supply side growth. Together, you’ll be responsible for Lemon.io’s backlog and roadmap.
— One of the first projects you are going to work on will be revamping the billing experience for our customers. Now we get a lot of inquiries like “what was that for?” You will need to change that.
— We are transparent with our team, clients, and partners and share our journey publicly at volodarik.com/blog & twitter.com/volodarik
— Passionate about technology and figuring out how things work.
— Tech-savvy: can explain technical concepts simply, to both technical and non-technical people.
— Understanding expectations of designers, engineers, QA, marketing, support, and various business stakeholders (around backlog, requirements).
— Smooth verbal and written English.
— Experience with Scrum/Kanban, managing requirements in an Agile environment.
— Experience in driving product strategy and owning the software product roadmap.
As a plus:
— Understanding of outstaffing and outsourcing business model.
— Some project management experience.
— Previous B2B and/or marketplace experience.

Lemon.io is a full-service freelance platform that connects verified Ukrainian developers with clients across the globe.
We know the stories behind failed projects and missed deadlines:
1. You get tired of doing the same routine work
2. Decide to try freelancing
3. Register on one of the most popular freelance marketplaces
4. Never get a project
5. Decide to turn things around and bid the lowest possible price
6. Receive your first project
7. Get demotivated, skip the first deadline, then skip second, and finally, you’re off the platform hiding from a pissed off client
That’s how developers get stuck working on boring projects, glued to the same place, killing their life-work balance and curiosity.
At Lemon, we do things differently.
