VistaCreate (ex-Crello) is a graphic design platform where anyone can quickly create engaging projects for any industry or occasion — design skills are optional. VistaCreate blends a powerful online design editor with an ever-growing library of over 50 million assets for creative expression. The platform is available for the web, iOS, and Android.

VistaCreate has a remote team working worldwide, as well as big coworking spaces in Kyiv and Limassol. We’re a team of more than 100 people, and this number keeps growing along with the product and its user base, so we’re always on the lookout for talents to join our enthusiastic squad.

By joining Vistacreate, you will be working with highly qualified professionals across the globe. You’ll be responsible for key service components. You’ll ideally be a self-starter, proactive in identifying issues and their solutions. You’ll coach and mentor. You’ll define and implement services that make up a vital sub-system in your area through your work. You will face complex, ambiguous problems and be given the autonomy to define an approach.

About the role
We at Vistacreate value autonomy, alignment, and accountability within our Product Teams. We expect our engineers to drive and improve our Engineering Principles, Production standards and lead various incident learning debriefs. There is learning and opportunity at every step.

We follow the “you build it, you run it” principle. The latter means that you will be shipping your code to production, and you are responsible for creating various dashboards, metrics to track everything running properly. You will be conducting technical design reviews, and you are always open to providing feedback on others’ design reviews within the scope of your team’s responsibility. One of the main focuses during our transformation period is proper documentation of components being implemented and knowledge sharing.

What is required?
- 3+ years of experience in front-end development
- Strong javascript skills
- React, Redux, styled-components, Typescript
- Understanding of OOP principles, SOLID
- Git and CI/CD principles
- Principles of cross-browser development
- Experience with front-end tooling (Webpack, gulp)
- REST API
- Excellent communication skills

Will be a big plus:
- Canvas experience
- Rxjs and event-driven architectures
- Node.js, Mongo
