It is a venture capital-backed company headquartered in San Francisco. A company provides modern operational and financial software for the global business aviation industry, currently used by operators of 2,000+ business and government aircraft in 25+ countries.
A stable & profitable company, with several products on the market and a growing customer base. A globally distributed team of ~30 people, with product & engineering based primarily in Ukraine. Recently raised a round of financing to support further expansion, led by Tiger Global Management. Experienced management team. Harvard Business School and Berkeley graduates. Founded a Y Combinator company before (GetGoing, acquired in 2016), which grew to $1B in annual sales.

Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Back-end: Python, Django, PostgreSQL
Front-end: JavaScript, React, Typescript
DevOps: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions
Monitoring: Kibana, Sentry, LogRocket, Pagerduty, Prometheus, Grafana
Custom reporting: Jaspersoft Studio
Communication & design: JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Figma

Team composition: 1 backend, 1 frontend. It is planned to increase the team to 10 developers by the end of the year.

- About 4 years of front-end development experience
- 2+ years of experience with React
- Experience with TypeScript will be a plus
- Experience in writing semantic HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors like Sass and Less
- Experience in “mobile-first” applications development
- Experience with State Management Libraries, e.g. Redux
- Experience with form management libraries, e.g. Final Forms and Formik
- Experience in developing against REST APIs
- Understanding of Agile/SCRUM principles
- English: Intermediate+ (spoken level)
