Senior Product Manager (offline) $2000-4000

Job Description

- Concept, develop and own the product roadmap for features and improvements to WiFi Map based on your research, user feedback, downstream business requirements, data analysis, and industry knowledge
- Build a deep understanding of users to uncover gaps and enhance product features that meet business-data requirements
- Develop a solid relationship with Consumer Apps Engineers and collaborate on moving the application forward
- Become a close partner, advocate, and go-to authority for internal and external stakeholders on features, user pain points, the product roadmap, and feature releases
- Clearly and concisely present strategic recommendations to senior leaders and explain assumptions to colleagues in other departments
- Work cross-functionally in an extremely collaborative environment with teams such as engineering, design, product, data science, survey, sales, and customer support teams
- Lead process for prioritization of build through an understanding of priorities, dependencies, resource allocation, etc.
- Evaluate key product metrics, usage, and develop features that help retain and engage users

Skills & Requirements

- 3+years experience in product management, including on a consumer-facing mobile app
- Consumer Mobile app experience with an emphasis on user engagement including gamification and viral loop creation
- You are passionate about building engaging mobile app experiences
- You are entrepreneurially focused and willing to adapt and thrive within our growth-oriented environment
- You are a creative and innovative thinker who can develop new ideas and iterate on existing solutions
- You are a passionate teammate who is able to engage and hang with a very high performing team
- You possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to keep stakeholders informed and influence cross-functional partners
- You have the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- You have sincere empathy for your users and a commitment to understanding their challenges -- while also appreciating the downstream business requirements specific to this app
- You have the willingness and ability to go deep in technical specs/requirements
