QA Testing Lead (offline)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for software application testing team and overseeing the operations and testing are on the right track.
• Know how to track defects, errors, bugs and glitches in the applications.
• Work with the development and testing team to correct bugs and errors and deliver quick results.
• Create tools and automation to profile performance and application efficiency.
• Responsible for reviewing all teams test procedures, analyzing test results and recording, tests reports.

Basic requirements:
• Hands-on experience in software QA testing, both manual and automation testing. • Work experience in software development and quality assurance.
• Has exposure to various development and testing tools for .NET
• Some knowledge of .NET/C#
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Good communication and coordination skills and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Highly analytical and a problem solver.

Preferred skills & experience:
• SpecFlow
• Websocket and REST testing.
• JMeter, K6, or other load-testing tools and experience.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about the blockchain and Crypto space
• Financial Technology experience or knowledge.
