UX Engineer (offline)

What do we need?

— gathering, summarizing and processing information from the customer
— making research and analysis of obtained information
— supporting customer in making the right decision while creating coherent requirements
— presenting goals and core functionality of the project to the development team
— research and communication skills to obtain information and understand of systems, products, and requirements.
— experience in designing interfaces
— UX-skills development and information architecture
— generating ideas and creating prototypes
— presenting the work and giving reasons for your decisions
— understanding of web application architecture
— attention to details
— the portfolio that you are proud of


What should you do?

— wireframes and documentation development
— user stories/job stories/user case creation
— interaction with customers and clarifying details to specify the scope of requirements
— designing wireframes for web and native mobile applications
— expert evaluation and improvement of existing projects
— competitor analysis

Bonus skills:

— willingness to write the functional requirements, technical specification
— understanding the possibilities and limitations of the layout (HTML5, CSS3)
— work experience with animated objects

Interview stages:

Stage 1. Interview with HR (Skype or in person, if you want to see our office).
Stage 2. Interview with the head of the department (Team Lead).
Stage 3. Test task (no restrictions on the implementation, but the faster you do — the faster we’ll give you feedback).

And then we make a decision within 5 days (approximately).
