Senior UX Designer (offline)

Requirements:

— Experience working in a company or agency for at least 3 years or even more.
— Ability to set up a whole project process in early stages (since the first customer interview), communication and requirement analysis, analyze business idea & strategy.
— Experienced with all existing UX frameworks, applied them successfully on your previous projects.
— Ability to ideate a solution, draft conceptions & hypothesis and validate it according to business and user needs.
— Launched multiple products within the MVP strategy. Able to identify MVP scope by yourself based on user needs and business strategy, able to prioritize the features.
— Skilled in high-detailed wireframing, interactive prototyping, had the experience to write project documentation.
— Ability to estimate the project in early stages using High/Low risk methodology, build the project roadmap.
— Feels free to communicate with developers to gather necessary requirements and to understand system capacity.
— Have a solid portfolio with examples of applications, web applications and custom business solutions.
— English Upper-Intermediate (communication with customer, demo calls)

Responsibilities:

— Designing products with different levels of complexity, from 2 months to half a year.
— Applications, web apps, websites and custom solutions for start-ups.
— Design both from scratch and support existing products, product update by iterations.
— Dedicated product researchers and audits for customers.
— Support & improve company internal products (applications)
— Cooperate with designers and developers.
— Direct customer communication
