More about the Product Manager we need:

INFUSEmedia business is based on delivering leads to the clients by running up to 1500+ marketing campaigns. You will be supporting internal products which help employees and High Management to track the performance of those campaigns.

For this product clients are stakeholders who represent different departments - they are the main users of this product. Your goal will be to communicate with them, and understand the global business goal of INFUSEmedia, how our product fits in this goal, and how it fits in the big picture of the Global Operations of this company. Since all the departments are parts of one company, you also will need not only to get the needs of stakeholders individually but also you must align all of them so the needs of each department will not conflict with others which could lead to a decrement in INFUSEmedia performance.

Main responsibilities include:

Discovery: perform problem and solution research of product features and UX improvements - user and market research, customer feedback analysis, internal data and competitors, solution ideation, and tests.
Design: When needed, assist with the design process such as prototyping, writing product content, and benchmarking.
Delivery: perform as a PM in a cross-functional team – write product requirements, prioritize the backlog, participate in scrum ceremonies and provide the development team with as much context as needed, meet the deadlines of the development, and provide the updates at the end of each development cycle.
Planning: gather inputs, and ideas and synthesize them into action plans in close cooperation with Product Management to ensure requirements completeness and consistency for ongoing and future initiatives. Maintain the product roadmap and the goal of the product. Be aware of the product vision.

About you:
Must-have requirements:
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex problems; critical thinking and problem-solving skills. A passion for it too!
- Empathy, and a genuine desire to solve our user’s problems.
- Desire to learn and grow as a Product Professional under the guidance of a Senior Product Manager.
Experience:
-
At least 1 year of PM experience at tech startups as "Associate Product Manager", "Junior Product Manager", "Product Owner", or experience QA Engineer.
- Must have experience
supporting on-market/internal products with its users. Getting feedback about product performance. Critical thinking for making decisions about development roadmap and processing requests. Ability to lead constructive discussions/disputes and sustain the collaborative spirit.
- Experience
working at a product company whose business stands on selling and supporting their own product, not a startup incubator.
- Proven track record of working with design and tech teams. You know what these teams need, how they work, what’s expected from the PM, and how to drive and support them in their work.
- Experience working with or understanding Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
