Head of Engineering / CTO (offline)

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing development of the mobile application (banking & non-banking features) and ensure timely delivery of the product in Scrum & Agile techniques.
Together with Product owners define, prioritize & realize product roadmap including scaling the product into new markets
Managing IT development team (frontend, backend & QA), contracted development partners and other stakeholders
Drive performance, efficiency & effectiveness of IT & product development team
Manage architecture to deliver seamless experience of banking, non-banking product

Requirements
You have managed, mentored and inspired a team of engineers providing architectural guidelines, code reviews etc.
Experience in software architecture and building digital products especially mobile applications from early stage through to scaling and maturity
Deep knowledge of full stack modern development practices (Mobile app development, DevOps, APIs)
Experience working in banking environment would be preferable
Development experience would also be preferable
Strong communication skills in English
