Rust Developer (offline)

The Daily
- Develop necessary code base in Rust
- Participate in a research process about traits, solutions, trends, and security measures required for the proper use of blockchain technology
- Manage data security, infrastructure, and governance
- Manage tech team, strategic vendor, and technology partner relationships
- Contribute to documentation (instructional and technical specifications)
- Discuss technical solutions and provide innovative new ideas to established problems

The Essentials
- 4+ years of programming experience
- 1+ years experience with Rust
- Strong software architecture skills
- Familiarity with version control (Git)
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams
- English - Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
- Deep understanding of and genuine excitement about the blockchain technologies
- Experience with Solidity, Blockchain Smart Contract development, Web3.0 would be a plus
- Experience with Solana or Cosmwasm would be a big plus
