Senior Full-Stack Developer (offline)

We are looking for a talented and ambitious full-stack Sr. Full-Stack Developer to join our team!

About Us:
Sadeem Digital, headquartered in Doha, Qatar, is a young start-up with big plans, and they aim to become one of the leading hi-tech companies in the MENA region.

Project Technical stack:
Frontend: React/Redux, Material UI
Backend: Javascript/Node.js
Automation – Cyprus, Zest /Cynan node test tools or any alternatives
Heavily focused on CI/CD and commit multiple times during the day, leveraging GitOps, Terraform

Requirements:
5 years of commercial experience in delivering high-quality software solutions
Extensive knowledge of React/ReduxCSS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
Strong knowledge of Postgres and MongoDB
Excellent communication skills (Intermediate as a minimum)
Experience in Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
Experience of working in a distributed/remote team
Experience with AWS (Instances, containers, and DBs)
Leading or mentoring experience

Will be an advantage:
Previous experience with e-marketplace and social media related projects
Previous experience working with projects from the MENA region
The ideal candidate also:
Has an agile mindset and is a good team player
Is pragmatic: gets things done, can find a creative compromise between an ideal design solution and actual client needs
Is self-motivated and self-sufficient
Can analyze, plan and estimate requirements as well as identify risks involved and provide solutions to them
