ABOUT YOU:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education in IT, Software, Electronics, Computer science or similar

Professional experience:
- 4+ years of practical experience as Scrum Master
- Experience in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Jira

Foreign Languages:
- Upper Intermediate English

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the team by promoting flow and removing impediments in their daily activities.
- Coaching the team to follow the SAFe principles.
- Facilitation SAFe events like daily standup, iteration planning, PI Planning etc.
- Help identify and follow-up on work process improvements.
- Maintenance and reporting on work progress information of the team to interested parties.
- Help Product Owner maintain and refine the Product backlog to be ready for planning and execution.

- 3-month trial period
