Skills and experience:
β’ 2+ years of proven experience of providing full-cycle recruitment process of IT vacancies (technical and non-technical positions)
β’ The skills of using modern methods and tools for finding talent (not limited to job search sites and LinkedIn)
β’ Experience in conducting interviews to identify competencies (the ability to determine how well the candidate meets the requirements of the position)
β’ An understanding of the Ukrainian IT market
β’ Knowledge of English at the level of Upper-Intermediate
β’ To be proactive and ready for continuous improvement of the recruitment process and professional skills

What you will do:
β’ Searching for candidates using various sources and tools, selecting online/offline channels to create candidate funnels (technical priorities: iOS, Android, PHP, QA, etc.)
β’ Maintaining a full hiring cycle (from drafting the job description to carrying out all the stages of selection and making the offer)
β’ Building of partnership relationships with hiring managers, help to investigate and analyze which candidate will be the best fit for each position
β’ Providing feedback to candidates at each selection stage
β’ Working with the internal CRM system to maintain the candidate database
