Technical Writer (offline)

The Technical writer will write and review documentation that will be used internally by company employees that are domain experts. Also the tech writer will generate end user manuals for clients that will interact with the companies commercial website. Clarification of requirements will take place via communication with a range of stakeholders from both Ukraine and the USA.

Requirement:
2+ years experience in technical writing, technical software documentation;
strong English writing and communication skills;
high level of technical English (American English);
writing easy-to-understand documentation in English;
attention to detail;
skilled in prioritization and multi-tasking;
understanding of the software development process, Agile/Scrum;


Responsibilities:
plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals;
research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts;
maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation;
manage updates and revisions to technical literature;
proactively communicate with different stakeholders to elicit and clarify the details of various processes and workflows;
