Ads Ops Coordinator (Entry Level)

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Manage creative assets sent by clients to the Trading team.
  • Facilitate the upload and distribution of creative materials across various Demand Side Platforms.
  • Assist the Trading team in executing client reporting tasks.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with client Ad operations teams to optimize workflow.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Trading team, including tasks such as compiling client screenshot decks and developing client slide presentations and reports.
  • Develop a proficient understanding of programmatic buying processes.
  • Learn to effectively address and support clients' needs regarding trader campaigns.
  • Readiness to work from 15:00 till 23:00 in order to have an optimal overlap of work hours with USA based teams.

 

Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of professional experience, ideally in Digital marketing, Ad operations, Programmatic media
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with evolving job responsibilities and priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, with advanced skills in pivots and macros being advantageous.
