IT Recruiter (offline)

Making and placing vacancy descriptions;
— Working with IT as well as non-IT vacancies;
— Active searching and headhunting using social network (Linkedin, Dou, Facebook. etc);
— Schedule and lead interviews;
— Support the candidates on all stages of selection;
— Cooperation with hiring managers;
— Improve the methods and processes of recruitment;
— Making reports;
— Analise the job market.

Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in recruitment for IT specialists in international companies, recruitment agencies;
— Experience in candidate selection, interviewing;
— Experience in direct search and headhunting;
— Ability to lead full cycle recruitment process;
— Good understanding of the IT job market;
— Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English;
— Ability to work independently.
