Skills and Qualifications:

● You are fluent in English β€” both verbal and written.
● You have at least 1 years of experience in software development and/ or out-staffing industry as HR or talent acquisition director.
● You have a strong business, financial, and human resources acumen.
● You have experience leading teams and activities pertaining to attraction and recruitment, engagement, learning and development, talent management, succession planning.
● You are a strategic business thinker who can think, plan, envision and strategics 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months, without losing the focus on the current business needs and priorities.
● You have high energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to excite and lead your subordinates, peers, and founders of the business.
● You are hands-on and demonstrate the β€œroll up your sleeves” mentality.
● You are enthusiastic about the fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities:
● Run and support existing HR processes and policies.
● Communicate regarding recruitment needs with our clients and their employees (our outstaffing).
● Closing vacancies (BE / FE - mid / sin positions) if needed.
● Implementing and developing EVP strategy together with marketing and PR professionals.
● Develop and implement an integrated HR strategy, as part of the overall company strategy, that addresses all major HR areas.
● Scale recruiters team to address current needs and ensure we attract and hire the right people to fuel business growth.
● Develop a recruitment strategy. Coaching and mentoring recruiters in order to build out our capability to effectively grow the business and enhance the employee experience.
● Establish continuous improvement of HR-related systems, processes, and policies.

What should you expect:
● In the first 30 days on the job, you will establish relationships with our CEO, take over the existing HR and Acquisition team, get familiar with our lines of business, organizational structure, HR processes, and tools. You will clearly explain the rationale of your recommendations and rely on your professional and emotional maturity to conduct an informed business dialogue with founders and managers.
● By the end of the first quarter, you will fully internalize and own your quarterly and annual goals/ KPIs and will clearly see how they fall into the bigger picture of the company’s goals and KPIs of other leaders, teams, and employees. You will have full ownership of all HR processes with 60% of your time concentrating on initiatives that drive efficiencies in recruiting and 40% on improvements in retention rates for existing employees. You will
report the results of your and your team’s work and be measured by objective KPIs.
● By month six and onward, you will make a significant contribution to the company-wide initiative to implement an operating system for real-time monitoring and control of the company’s operations and resources β€” EOS. You will co-lead change management to make sure every person in the organization knows what is expected of him/her, understands KPIs and expectations, knows where he/she stands against those expectations, and is aware of tools and resources that exist to help employees develop both professionally and personally.
