Required skills

Job Requirements:

— At least 2 years of Rails project experience
— Basic understanding of Ruby’s common design patterns and best practices
— Familiar with version control via Git and Github
— Have full-stack coding capabilities including databases, server-side coding and scripting, page styling in Bootstrap with CSS/SCSS, and JQuery
— Understand testing methodologies and development with test tools such as rspec/capybara
— Self-driven, proactive, able to work under pressure
— Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

— Have your own expectations for code quality and follow our coding standards and guidelines
— Maintain existing applications (bug fixes, keep core gems up-to-date, UI refresh)
— Integrate with other systems through APIs and work closely with other teams (both internal and external)
