• 2 years of experience;
• a portfolio containing at least 4 works (mobile and web design projects);
• proficient in Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Framer X;
• English language proficiency at an Intermediate level (confident in speaking and writing);
• good taste and a sense of composition;
• awareness of the latest trends and market demands;
• understanding of interface design principles (UX/UI);
• familiarity with current interface guidelines: Apple recommendations, Material Design by Google;
• ability to articulate why something will be beautiful and user-friendly, and why something will not;
• creative thinking;
• attention to detail;
• a desire for self-improvement;
• independence;
• responsibility and initiative.
