Sales and Lead Generation Manager Offline

We're are UpWhale - a very dynamic international team of Lead Generation / Growth Marketing / Digital geeks and are currently looking for an amazing addition to our ever-growing team. 

We are a boutique B2B Growth Agency based in the UK (Manchester). We help our clients to reach their sales targets by utilising rapid growth strategies, lead generation, and smart automation tools. We are a truly unique business because we have team members from across the globe - UK, USA, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Latvia. 

The ideal candidate is someone who has got:

- great computer literacy; 

- ability to learn new things fast; 

- great attention to detail and a lot of pride in their work; 

- experience working and generating leads through UpWork; 

- experience working with LinkedIn - outbound sales / outreach; 

- experience working in IT or Digital; 

- a very good command of English - written and verbal (B2; C1; C2); 

- a can-do attitude and is open-minded and well-mannered; 

- experience working with SMM - social media platforms (desired but not essential); 

- experience with client communication / account management (calls, e-mails); 

- experience with lead generation and outreach (outbound); 

- willingness to learn new stuff - automation tools, growth marketing etc. (we provide free training to our amazing team members, the skills that we teach are invaluable because they are extremely sought after by IT companies but very hard to come by on the market among other candidates); 

- motivation to grow and earn as much as they can (we offer great schemes to the right candidates with 20% and 30% commissions - which you won't come by anywhere else); 

- Enjoys a start-up environment and is able to work on their own initiative without heavy supervision; 

- Is not afraid of interesting challenges; 

- Wants to grow with the company (we're a startup but we have very ambitious growth plans so ideally, we're looking for someone who wants to get involved in various business processes);
