Performance Marketing Manager/Media Buyer/Facebook Ads Manager (offline)

My name is Sergey - and I’m the founder of a rapidly growing performance marketing agency. Thanks to our growth, we now need a professional media buyer who has a knack for planning/buying ads on the Facebook platform.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing effective media strategies that bring our clients the results they are looking for.
- Researching and building highly detailed target audience profiles.
- Brainstorming on highly-engaging creatives that will appeal to the target audiences in the best possible way.
- Briefing designers and copywriters to get the stop-scrolling ads' creatives.
- Optimizing campaigns and bringing outstanding results within the given budget.

… and more!

Here’s what you can expect when you join our agency:
- You’ll be warmly welcomed into a group of like-minded people who love what they do - and help each other out.
- You can work remotely within the hours we agree upon.
- You’ll be paid fairly for the work you do - and can expect your skills to grow even further by working with us.
- Generous bonuses included for exceeding clients' expectations.

Here’s what we expect in return:
- You should be able to dive deep not only into metrics available in Ads Manager and GA but way beyond that and offer valuable suggestions and insights on how to improve the ROI of our ad campaigns.
- You should be able to provide proof of past experience where you’ve successfully planned ad campaigns/bought media ads for companies - along with the results.
- You should be determined to bring results, respect deadlines, and if possible - have a fun attitude!

But most importantly, you should be passionate about your job - and actually, love what you do.

Just keep in mind that this is a full-time job where you’ll be expected to work for a set number of hours. But don’t worry. We’re flexible with timing and can hopefully negotiate a time that suits both of us.

To begin, we’ll start with a small test project (paid of course) in which we’ll see if you’re actually capable of doing the job we require. If things go well, we’ll move on to bigger and better things.

Does this sound like something you’d be interested in?
