WHO WE ARE
We are the biggest brewery company in the world. We own over 630 beer brands in 150 countries and are considered to cover for 28% of the global beer market worldwide.
For decades our company had only an indirect relationship with its consumers. Typically, our products are sold via 2 different channels:
On Trade: products are sold and consumed on the trade (e.g. bars, restaurants)
Off Trade: products are consumed outside the trading place, off the trade (e.g. supermarkets).
In a world which becomes more and more digital, it is crucial to digitalize our way of doing business. Software development projects have become key enablers for a continuous and sustainable growth.

PROJECT
The project is the first initiative within Europe to directly reach out to our consumers, within the On Trade channel. It aims to build a win-win-win model between our company, the bars/restaurants, and the consumers, through digital capabilities such as digital menu, digital ordering & payment, digital activations, loyalty. It is therefore part of the new global B2B2C stream.
The project’s agenda consists of building up further the digital offering of the project, while building a scalable platform which integrates with Global tools to shape a Consumers’ loyalty program in Europe.


REQUIREMENTS:
Tech skills:
At least 3 years of experience as UI/UX designer
Experience working in Ecommerce and/or Community
Proofed experience in creation of mockups, be ready to provide a portfolio of finished projects
Experience in creating reports, dashboards, data visualizations.

Soft Skills:
Fluent English is a must
Ability to communicate and advocate the proposed solution
Willingness to learn something new — either around core technology stack, or even new related technologies
Ability to estimate efforts and justify them in front of customer and delivery organization, efficiency in getting buy-ins from different parties
Willingness to deal with quickly changing and flexible priorities in multi-tasking and dynamic environments
The desire to participate in different proof-of-concept and prototyping activities, technology assessments and comparison exercises
Good presentation skills — all important messages are to be delivered in a clear and certain way so that everyone (including non-technical persons) could have an understanding of why one or another decision took place
