Project Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:

· Planning, coordination and prioritization of the development activities
· Managing relationship and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
· Reporting and escalating to management as needed
· Leading projects from initiation to closure applying appropriate processes and methodologies
· Creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation
· Gathering product requirements along with the BA
· Managing changes in project scope and schedule
· People Management
· Acquiring teams: interviewing new team members

Requirements:

- Advanced/fluent English level
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Profound knowledge and experience with project management processes, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and tools
- Ability to analyze, document and effectively communicate business requirements and technical specifications
- Experience with different technical projects, including mobile apps
- Experience in managing a team of technical specialists and distributed teams of 10+ people

Would be a plus:
BA skills: working with the requirements, understanding of UI/UX of complex platforms
