QA Automation Manager (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive, lead and develop a local unit and community of QA automation specialists in UA South region
• Build & implement a comprehensive test strategy that will allow to deliver a high-quality product
• Lead a test engineers' team
• Define the reporting metrics of the quality on a project and driving the reporting process
• Provide support and expertise on all test and quality assurance related subjects
• Bridge the gap between client expectations & test team deliverables
• Efficiently combine automation, manual & (potentially) crowd testing
• Drive the testing process according to the test strategy
• Contribute to the corporate initiatives focused on the expertise growth: mentorship, junior programs, technical interviews etc.

REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years' experience in QA automation
• 3+ year experience in Scrum processes
• Successful experience of managing large QA teams on end-to-end projects that led to high product quality
• Experience of building efficient test teams with both automation & manual QAs
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in Java or Python/ .NET/ JS
• Strong knowledge of Selenium
• Good understanding of Junit/TestNG
• Experience of working with Cucumber/JBehave
• Familiarity in Serenity/Allure (optional)
• Understanding of REST API test automation
• Experience in Git
• Ability & desire to own quality improvements on the project
• Strong client management skills. Understanding of business goals
• Ability to work on improvements in both evolutionary & revolutionary ways
• Flexible, open mindset
• Proactive and quick learner
• Excellent time management, planning, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to be a team player and to work in a distributed team
• Good communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
