Sales/Account Manager/Recruiting and Staffing services (offline) $1500-3500

Mission:
— Building new partnerships within Direct Recruiting and Staffing directions.
— Work tightly with the recruiting team, account the hiring process, close deals and have fun.

Requirements:
— Conversational English
— At least 2 years in B2B IT Sales
— Proven experience of working in client-oriented business (written and oral communication skills is a must)
— Desire to make money and become better from day to day

Key challenges:
— Make sure your recruiting sub-team has enough hiring positions to work on
— Constantly look for the new hiring opportunities
— Deal with your clients as if they are your beloved ones:)

Two types of deals:
— Work on positions for your clients that need direct hire
— Build staffing teams and enjoy the long-term ride

Functions:
— Run the negotiation cycle with your potential clients to close the deal
— Collect or help in creating the requirements for client’s roles to work on — Support the hiring process between client and the team
— Close the deal
— Repeat

Salary points:
Flat rate + bonuses for closed positions / staffing teams on monthly basis Transparent KPI’s, so you can manage and scale your income
