Software Development Office is the team that manages the Engineering and Technology Expertise. We are a functional Center of Excellence with a focus on designing and implementing frameworks and corporate processes to support the effectiveness of our associates as individual professionals and team contributors.

YOU ARE
Demonstrating the following competencies:
- 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and deploying mobile applications
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with multiple mobile platforms and related technologies: Android, iOS, Xamarin, React Native, Flutter, and Cordova
- Solid expertise in Mobile best practices related to building UI, security, continuous integration, benchmarking, and performance optimization of Mobile applications
- Practice with common mobile architectures like MVVM, MVC, Viper, Clean Architecture
- Being hands-on with technology domains like IoT, AI, ML, Clouds, BLE is highly preferable
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience of leading teams and communication to upper management
- Bright analytical and modeling skills that can be applied to build elegant and effective solutions
- Upper-Intermediate English level

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
- Designing and creating Engineering Job Standards that are used to evaluate the maturity of Engineers technical level and help engineers to grow by guiding them through the standard
- Designing and creating Engineering Technical Interview standards and policies to ensure the company get the best talents from the market and efficiently integrates them into the company Engineering ecosystem and community
- Contributing to Engineering Learning programs, practices, and materials to ensure that Engineers are growing professionally according to industry and company best practices and standards
- Professional engineering teams that continuously improve and support engineering standards within the company
- Contributing to Engineering Best Practices applied by Engineers on projects to ensure high quality of delivered solutions and engineering team efficiency

- Build and support an ecosystem for engineers professional growth by providing engineering best practices, processes, standards, and educational materials

- Ensure Engineering Excellence within the company by establishing high industry standards
