IT Project Manager (offline)

Our projects are mainly related to digital banking, cards and payments, insurance, and financial services.

YOU ARE
Project Manager with relevant experience in IT (at least 3 years)
Possessing excellent communication skills with subordinates and clients (negotiation, conflicts resolution, motivation and etc.)
Good at planning and organizing work in a team
The one who practices Agile/Scrum at daily work
Ready for business trips and you are willing to travel up to 25% of working time
Able to work with English-speaking customers (Upper-Intermediate+ level of English is required)

Defining and supporting project processes and project strategy
Managing all the processes in the team, daily activities, estimation, SDLC processes, communication with the client, internal reporting, budget, and salaries
Managing project team, monitor team performance
Establishing and driving team’s communication on all project meeting
Identifying and managing client’s expectations
Project stakeholders in the company and on the clients' side
Planning and managing internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
Identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, mitigating and communicating project risks
