Senior Game Designer (offline)

ABOUT PROJECT
Innovecs Games is looking for a highly creative and passionate Game Designer, who clearly knows that making something "simple" requires quite some expertise and hard work. With us, you will be like God, creating new 2D or 3D worlds and observing their development from a concept’s scratch till massive players' colonization. You will start from the very first ideas, converting them into game concepts and polishing till the design is ready. Then, along with a game passioned Development and Art teams, you will work on feature implementation according to your GDDs details.

With us, you will sharp your designers' skills within the professional and inspired team, passioned about interesting and non-trivial games. How? By working on different size and setting product, implementing and balancing their economy, experimenting over popular and totally new mechanics, creating profitable monetization systems for F2P, P2E or other games.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3 years of experience as a Game Designer
• At least one successfully launched title you were designing
• Extensive experience in writing clear and structured GDDs
• Strong 3D games expertise
• Design physics-based games
• Experience in game customization, monetization functionality design
• Experience in multiplayer features, game modes design
• A proactive and collaborative work ethic
• A creative, devoted and passionate individual who could multitask and priorities
• Experience in collaboration with Development teams consisting of 2D and 3D artists, developers, producers and sound engineers
• English - Upper-Intermediate

WILL BE A PLUS
• Unity 3D editor
• Adobe Photoshop

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide GDD over new games mechanics, monetization and other functionality
• Work closely with Development Teams to making sure the Design is clear and implemented correctly
• Take active part in Concept Design and Product Discovery stages
