Employer Branding Administrator (offline)

Responsibilities:
Work with documentation and company internal systems;
Cooperate with suppliers (printing houses, digital and advertising agencies, event agencies);
Prepare the specifications and requirements for business partners;
Create, organize and update the Employer Branding data bases, data processing for marketing researches, reports, surveys;
Cooperate with foreign business partners, create, check and update the data bases according to the company specifications;
Process the internal documents flow for the department;
Produce reports to monitor results of the Employer Branding activities;
Coordinate the financial data and budgets in terms of cooperation with suppliers;
Create and update the marketing materials.
Mandatory Skills Description:
Planning skills, project coordination, reporting, budget management
