Duties
Contribute to our technical documentation based on PO inputs, keep it up-to-date and consistent while being a part of the team and following common agile practices
Maintain documentation versioning to track any changes implemented for the product
Build an efficient knowledge management approach and implement it (this will include, but is not limited to onboarding documentation, knowledge sharing, MMs, etc.)
Produce video screencasts for training and documentation purposes
Ensure consistency of the style through the product documentation
Implement and comply with the product documentation team policies and requirements
Must have
Native-level proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
3+ years of experience in a technical writer role
Solid experience in creating, structuring, and proofreading technical documentation for software IT companies
Experience in using knowledge management best practices
Experience using any of style guides: MS Manual of Style, Apple Style Manual, Chicago Manual of Style
Tools you have experience with (any of the listed): MS Word/Google Docs, Google Sheets, Confluence, Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe RoboHelp, MadCapFalre, or others.
Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Bonus points for if you are experienced in:
Interface design tools like Figma
Basics of programming languages such as JavaScript
Web content management systems
Video content creation and processing tools like Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve, OBS
Finance or investment business domain
