Game Designer (offline)

Candidate experience: Senior / Lead level, 5+ years experience in the game development industry.

Must have:
- experience in any of these industries: Online Games, Strategy Games, RPG Games.
- experience in such projects: NFT development, Blockchain development.
- fluent in spoken and written English.

Tasks you should cope with:
- come up with concepts and develop new games;
- maintain and organize game documentation (GDD);
- create competent and understandable technical specifications;
- work with the team starting from the issuance of the task to the receipt of the result;
- work on level design, plan and prioritize features, mechanics, and risks;
- operate and develop company games;
- work with analytics to improve the project.

Requirements:
- working experience 5+ years;
- an experience in successfully implemented game projects (Online Games, Strategy Games, RPG Games);
- the ability to formulate and convey their thoughts correctly;
- the presence of artistic taste;
- a desire to work on premium games;
- understanding the principles of game mechanics.
