We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join an existing Program and take over the management of one or several teams,

Requirements:
- 1+ years overall industry experience required
- 1+ years of experience in project management
- Experience in managing complex engineering projects
- Good grasp of modern SDLC methodologies and management principles/techniques
- People management experience
- Experience in direct communication with client management
- Strong charisma and energy to build the team and drive it to success, be a role model
- Fluent English (spoken and written), excellent communication and presentation skills
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related fields
- Fulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiative
Responsibilities:
- Managing 1 or several engineering teams (up to 30 engineers in total)
- Responsible for performing complex engineering projects and successful delivery according to requirements (scope, quality, budget)
- HR performance: attrition, retention, engagement etc.
- Client relationship and customer satisfaction
- Developing in-house expertise in modern technologies and frameworks
