We are looking for an experienced and capable Security Engineer to join our team in Kyiv (Parus). This role offers tremendous opportunities to build a highly scalable, highly stable, easily maintainable back-end architecture; to push the boundaries of fault-tolerant programming; and to work with a broad range of public and proprietary APIs.

What will you be doing?
Leveraging scripting languages (e.g., Python) to automate the generation of benchmarks and best practices;
Integrating the above into our cloud security platform;
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting application stacks and database applications.;
Working directly with:
IDS/IPS and other security tools;
AWS IAM Access management, Auditing, Notifications/Alerts;
Terraform/Ansible configuration management, Security as a Code;
Hashicorp stack (HSS) (CloudFormation or other);
AWS Security Hub/GuardDuty/Cloudtrail.

What we are looking for?
Upper-Intermediate English or higher (B2+);
Deep knowledge of Information Security;
Experience as a SecOps Engineer;
Strong knowledge of AWS;
An automation mindset with scripting ability in Python or other languages;
Familiarity with one or more virtualization technologies (VSphere or HyperV is a big plus);
Experience deploying and configuring server operating systems, application stacks, databases, and other systems.

What skills will come in handy?
Security certifications;
Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform.
