Business process support specialist (offline)

Responsibilities:
Documents management:
β€’ Cooperate with different departments within the company on a daily basis - purchasing, finance, front desk and others.
β€’ Record keeping (documents workflow, receiving and registration of incoming / outcoming documents, creating memos and informational letters, decrees and orders).
β€’ Timely submission of addendums, additional agreements and invoices for payment and control over the process of its approval at all stages.
β€’ Tracking of timely payment of supplier invoices, maintaining the status tracker for payments.
β€’ Tracking and preparation of the documents and reports required for closing the transactions with the suppliers (control over the signing and exchange of hard copies).
β€’ Participation in creation of the contracts with new suppliers.
β€’ Working with leftovers of branded products in the warehouse (synchronization with accounting systems).

Mandatory Skills Description:
We are looking for a person, who has the following skills and qualities:
β€’ Higher education.
β€’ Confident user of Microsoft Office package.
β€’ Knows how to handle large volumes of information, able to structure and organize information.
β€’ Strong attention to details, perseverance, ability to handle routine tasks.
β€’ Good communication skills, able to establish productive cooperation and effective contacts with colleagues.
β€’ Fast learner, able to analyze working processes and propose the ways to optimize them.
β€’ Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
β€’ English language level - Intermediate or higher.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
β€’ Experience of working in large organizations.
β€’ Experience with project management (possibly, in a team).
Languages:
English: B1 Intermediate
