Job brief
In this position you will be responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process which entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis to identify current hiring needs. You will attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, job boards and employee referrals.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
- Working directly with the hiring managers to discuss the candidate profile
- Proposing and executing Employer Branding initiatives

Requirements
- A t least advanced English level
- 2+ years of working as an IT Sourcer / Recruiter in a fast-paced tech startup or similar environment
- Proven work experience as an IT/Technical Recruiter: agency or in-house experience
- Deep understanding of the technical hiring landscape and complexity of global talent markets
- Technical skills: understand the technical specifications of advertised roles
- Excellent sourcing skills across a variety of channels as well as a developed network in the international technology market
- Ability to create and maintain an excellent candidate experience
- Ability to be proactive and to build strong relationships
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
