Head of Recruitment (Global) (offline)

Requirements:

β€” 5+ years of recruitment experience across global outsource or international product companies;
β€” 2+ years of managing talent acquisition teams;
β€” A solid track record of building/facilitating a high-performing recruitment function;
β€” Hands-on hiring experience for C-level and mid-management roles;
β€” Advanced English;
β€” Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
β€” Understanding of Advertising and Affiliate World will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

β€” Managing a high-performance Recruiting team and making sure the function keeps evolving;
β€” Research, development, and implementation of new recruiting tools and strategies;
β€” Creating a consistent L&D roadmap for team development and coaching hiring managers;
β€” Ownership of full-cycle recruiting processes for key company projects;
β€” Development of the next iteration of analytics and reporting framework;
β€” Global job market research and analysis;
β€” Budgeting and ad hoc HR responsibilities.
