Head of Recruitment (Global) (offline)

Requirements:

— 5+ years of recruitment experience across global outsource or international product companies;
— 2+ years of managing talent acquisition teams;
— A solid track record of building/facilitating a high-performing recruitment function;
— Hands-on hiring experience for C-level and mid-management roles;
— Advanced English;
— Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
— Understanding of Advertising and Affiliate World will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

— Managing a high-performance Recruiting team and making sure the function keeps evolving;
— Research, development, and implementation of new recruiting tools and strategies;
— Creating a consistent L&D roadmap for team development and coaching hiring managers;
— Ownership of full-cycle recruiting processes for key company projects;
— Development of the next iteration of analytics and reporting framework;
— Global job market research and analysis;
— Budgeting and ad hoc HR responsibilities.
