Project Manager (offline)

In this role, you will:
- Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand the business requirements, develop strong work relationships and contribute to process setup
- Conduct project presentations and compile reports for all stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Estimate and plan projects from start to finish together with a team
- Manage development and delivery
- Define the deliverables, resources needed
- Ensure projects meet industry quality standards
- Manage risks, anticipate problems before they arise
- Manage, support, and motivate the team assigned to the project
-Ensure client satisfaction level

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in managing web and mobile projects (2+ years)
- Strong understanding of delivery process set-up
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies
- Clear understanding of the technical aspects of the project
- Ability to communicate with customer representatives on technical topics
- Knowledge of team management
- Great problem-solving and conflict-solving skills
- Proactiveness and independence
- B2+ English level fluency

Nice to have:
- Experience in evaluating projects at the presale stage
- Experience in Business Analysis
