Senior Automation QA Engineer (Python) (offline)

Requirements:
This is a great opportunity for a smart and collaborative test professional to join a growing dynamic team. The goal in this position is to fill in the QA automation role. Responsible for creating quality and optimal test suite to meet the business objectives while working with other QA members of the team. Act as a test expert with a web application project team. Additionally, work cross-team and come up with palpable test approaches. Responsible for functional, regression and integration testing and work with project teams to create a robust test plan.
– 4+ years in automation software testing at commercial projects with cross-functional teams
– Knowledge and experience in creating tests using Python
– Ability to take ownership over quality (test strategy, processes, documentation, etc)
– Excellent communication & reporting skills
– Readiness and passion to participate in automation testing
– Excellent analytical skills, being able to design and implement suitable tests
– Intermediate knowledge of English

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- QA Automation
- Automated REST API testing (using Postman or other tools)
- Automated web application UI testing (using Selenium or other tools)

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
- Python automated testing (using pytest or other frameworks)
- Tests integration to CI / CD pipelines
- Experience working with Kubernetes cluster & Docker
- Experience working with Azure Devops
- Experience working with microservices architecture

- Responsibilities:
- Design, write and execute test cases and test plans (incl. bug reports, summary reports, etc)
- Actively participate in automation test cases creation (Python)
- Configure environments for testing and development purposes
- Work with a distributed team of developers to resolve issues
- Encourage the use of appropriate industry-standard best practices and processes
- Be part of a Scrum team

- Coordinate work with client’s QA lead & our manual QA engineer
