Services Team Lead (Node.js) (offline) $5000-6000

The Impact You Will Make:
• Take a leading role in designing and implementing a cloud-based SaaS platform
• Architect, scale, maintain and monitor core features throughout their life cycle
• Bring your ideas and experience, and collaborate them across product and engineering teams

Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, manage and grow a team of skilled Software Developers
• Provide technical leadership and guidance:
o Design and code reviews
o Choose technical solutions to meet current and future needs
o Adherence to high development standards and best practices
• Track team development process and assume ownership and accountability over product delivery, quality and timelines
• Set high quality standards, ensure resilience, performance and stability of business critical components
• Work in partnership with product and engineering teams
• Supporting and maintaining a 24/7 production environment

Minimum Requirements:
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• Highly skilled at server side development using Typescript
• Experienced with data modeling using SQL or NoSQL databases and ORMs
• Experience with delivery of web-based SaaS solutions on public clouds (preferably GCP)
• Experience delivering micro-services, including DevOps aspects
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, agile environment
• Good English verbal and written commination skills
