PHP Technical Lead / Solution Architect (offline) $7000-9000

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for ongoing operational and release management/coordination of the product solution (Frontend Backend, Mobile)
- Perform in the planning/retrospective/technical review meetings
- Backend Engineering Team Coaching and Mentoring
- Code Review for the Critical Core Functionality
- DevOps activities in the AWS Cloud, Architecture and troubleshooting activities
- Be hands-on in areas of Backend and DevOps
- Participate in Deployments, HotFixes, Integrations, Backups and Migration activities
- Production support per SLA (Duty-based) - Incidents and Performance issues
- Operate with Technical Debt and Product Growth in the Backend and DevOps areas
- Take overall Technical Ownership for the Backend and DevOps areas working peer-to-peer with CEO and CTO of the company
- Run and maintain of the Various Product Reports
- Provide ongoing Technical Support for the Product Customers

Required skills:

- From 7+ years of experience in Backend Development and at least 3 of them as a Technical Lead / Solution Architect
- Knowledge of Agile-Family SDLC
- Be familiar with LEAN Startup Approach
- JIRA (with Tempo and Pivot Table), Confluence
- Git with advanced branching strategies knowledge
- PHP7+, Symfony 4+
- REST API Experience
node.JS with AWS Lambda
- MariaDB (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or any other RDBMS with really advanced SQL level including performance optimizations skills.
- Basic knowledge of NoSQL Solutions (e.g. DynamoDB or MongoDB) + Redis
- Docker and Docker Compose + Orchestration Tools (ECS or Kubernetes)
- AWS Strong Knowledge (S3, SFTP, CloudFront, ECS, ECR, EC2,
- LoadBalancer, Firewalls, IAM/Policy, SQS, SNS, PinPoint, Route53, etc.)
- AMQP and MicroServices
- ErrorManagement System e.g. Sentry
- Log Management System e.g. CloudWatch, ELK. etc.
- Third Party API Integrations
- Import/Export Integration Systems and Technologies
- Advanced bash and linux experience
- CI/CD e.g Jenkins (Including manual creation of pipelines)
- A fast and avid learner for any new technologies and techniques/approaches
- English upper-intermediate level or higher

Nice to have skills:

- Experience in Business analysis, and Project management.
- Experience with Data-Driven project/product Decisions and extensive experience in reports
