Lead Generation Specialist (Internship) (offline)

Requirements:

- You have at least 3 months of experience in lead generation and understanding of IT sales business modes, however we may consider a super motivated person without any experience
- You possess Intermediate English level (reading and written)
- You have research skills and are attentive to details
- You are a responsible, result-oriented, and fast learner
- You are able to create sales and marketing presentations
- You should be open to supporting the CEO at any sales, marketing activities

Would be a plus:
- You have experience in working with Up-work, LinkedIn
- You have launched Email marketing campaigns

Work conditions: 
- Office work (mandatory at the initial stages), 8 hours/day, 160 per month
- 100 USD / month during the internship (2-3 months depending on your progress) and from 350 USD / month after internship. Every quarter salary review.
- Full tax coverage + accounting support after employment contract signing
- Pizza Friday at the office or lunch compensation on Fridays
- Birthday gift (equivalent to 1000 UAH)
- Gift for the anniversary of work in the company (100 USD)
- Training (compensation 50/50). The training program is pre-agreed with your manager
- Help! (individual assistance from the company in case: there was trouble, a health problem, emotional burnout, etc.) up to 3 individual consultations with a psychologist
