Senior React Developer (offline) $4000-6000

For one of our projects we are looking for three (!) React developers. We want to get stuff done, so we need quality people on board. Code quality is above all things the most important hiring reason. The second one is character - which is also a must. We need people who work well in a team and who have fun doing what they do. Our project teams love their work, so any team member joining them should do the same.

About the job:
- React (3+ years of experience)
- TypeScript
- JavaScript

You should know what DRY and SOLID mean and live those. You should be aware of a few patterns in software development, know what SCRUM meetings are and how git works and you should probably know what React Hooks are and why you'd use them. All the rest is up to you in an interview.

We need to get people on the team quickly so we need to have interviews done by Monday.

Nice to have:
- docker and a few dev ops skills
- familiar with the terminal on linux machines

We don't outstaff, we keep people on our team, we don't work weekends, we don't have crazy deadlines, we don't have strict hours, we prefer to have fun projects with people who love doing what they do (because so do we...)

We're a marketing and software agency based in Western Germany. Founded in 2006 with a focus on J2EE, we come from a Java perspective, however we moved to technologies like React, Vue and Angular in the past few years. Backends are built in Python and Java, depending on the project.

Our marketing branch builds smart websites based on MODX, therefore we also have a PHP developer, but that's really rare. Most of our work in Online Marketing and websites is MODX-based, software nowadays is mostly React and Python
