Operations Manager (offline)

Skills and knowledge required:
🔸 5+ years experience in the same position
🔸 Upper-intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:
🔺Manage the growth and success of the operational teams
🔺Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations
🔺Communicate with all relevant employees to ensure delivery deadlines are met
🔺Plan, schedule, and review workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis
🔺Oversee that the inventory reports are correct
🔺Communicate any changes to the other C-levels regarding supply chain
🔺Monitor production standards and make changes to be more efficient
🔺Work with the supply chain project manager to ensure no delays in the supply chain
