Leading analyst of IT infrastructure support processes (offline)

Our client is one of the largest banks in Ukraine, which offers customers modern banking services at the level of advanced European standards. Now they're in search of Leading analyst of IT infrastructure support processes

Responsibilities:
● Development, implementation, improvement of IT continuity system
● Collection of business and IT continuity needs, planning of IT continuity management works, coordination of terms of execution with stakeholders
● Classification and maintenance of up-to-date list of IT assets for the organization of continuous activities
● Analysis of the impact of IT systems and processes on continuity, planning and organization of measures to increase the level and ensure the requirements of IT continuity
● Ensuring IT continuity requirements, coordinating process participants and tracking IT solutions and innovations to ensure a high level of business continuity
● Participation in the development and optimization of the architecture of new and existing IT systems and services for the component of continuity, participation in the relevant coordinating bodies in the role of ICO
● Organization and implementation of regular work, including in the direction of Disaster Recovery Site
● Creating and maintaining IT continuity documentation
● Participation in resolving issues related to the restoration of information systems and services Interaction on continuity issues with the relevant divisions of the bank
● Providing consultations to the staff of other divisions of the bank within the powers and tasks, training of staff on IT continuity, preparation of training materials (instructions, presentations, etc.)
● Development of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the process, determining performance indicators (KPI), reporting format, its coordination
● Formation and timely submission of reports in the prescribed manner, protection of the results of implemented decisions
● Participation in the implementation and automation of IT continuity processes, description of needs, assessment of implementation methods, participation in the development of project documentation, consultation in the development process, acceptance of results
● Identification of risks and the relationship between processes, possible ways to eliminate risks
● Management of relations with external and internal contractors in the field of work

Requirements:
Higher technical education
Experience: in the field of IT for at least 5 years
Preferably at least 1 year in the field of IT continuity (mainly in the banking system)
Desired experience in the implementation and maintenance of information systems, IT processes for at least 2-3 years
Knowledge in the field of industry standards,
IT and business continuity, preferably certification (ISO 27031, ISO 27001, etc.)
Skills and experience in supporting IT processes (ITIL, COBIT)
Кnowledge of IT systems architecture and IT infrastructure of a large enterprise / institution, network equipment,
Кnowledge of solutions for backup and recovery
English proficiency - Upper Intermediate level
