Finance Operations Specialist (offline)

Those with an experience in DeFi / blockchain will have an advantage. Furthermore, you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and interact at a senior level.

Responsibilities:

● Maintaining accounting records and reconciliations across multiple entities / manage all accounting operations including Cost / Expense Accounting, Revenue Recognition, A/R, A/P, billing, financial instruments, construction contracts, GL.
● Supervising the „PE” direction
● Manage month-end and year-end close process
● Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
● Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
● Communication with banks/payment systems, compliance control and KYC
● Planning the company’s cash flows, maintaining the operating balance on the accounts
● Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
● Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
● Communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

● Advanced experience with accounting systems
● Knowledge of local GAAP and understanding of tax law
● Experience working with month end reconciliations, quarterly accounts, budgets
● Proficiency in English and Excel
● Prioritise well and things get done attitude and deep quality focus when required
● Multitasking, proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● This is a full-time position with an option for part time WFH.
